Siao ah. HDB returns would be more concrete than CPF ERS. CPF is a legit ponzi scheme. It relies on having more contributors than withdrawals since majority of it is invested into ultra long dated gov bonds. With the aging and declining Singapore population, how do you think that would work out? Why do you think retirement and withdrawal age is being pushed back. Do you know initially CPF withdrawal age is 55? Today its 67. In another decade don't be surprised its going to be 75. You will die before you see your CPF money.
