Organizing a group swing is difficult and time taking already . don't mention a swing club . There are lots of factors that deter the formation of a club . Listed some below.

Privacy of swingers cos many are married but not to each other
Sincerity of swingers , many are curious but lack the courage to try
Commitment of swinger , schedule clashes due to work or family.
Preferences , some swingers have preferences to race , age and looks while some are okie with anything
Lack of a leader to spearhead the club
