Bro, actually for girls, cannnot anyhow use soap and wash the vagina, if there is bacteria, by putting a finger or two up there to wash, just pushing the bacteria further, and instead of just urinary tract infection, may even get pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

Also, not all soaps are suitable for vaginal area, because of PH level. This is from my own experience, where i am very sensitive and cannot anyhow just take any soap and wash, even the exterior, so hope you understand, what girls can do is use a proper soap to wash exterior and lots of water...

Suggestion if all else fail.

Take MRI scans of pelvic and groin areas(Will probably cost quite a bit)

Purpose : To check for any abnormalities eg a growth(there's a medical term for it, can't recall it for now).
The infection maybe in the growth, protected from medication(will need biopsy to confirm).
However, when you have sex, body movement causes pressure on the growth, and the infection leaks out.

There is a very very very very low possibility of this.
You should consult a doctor regarding the validity of this theory.
But as I said, if all else fails.

If I were in your shoes, I would go for a strict regiment of exercise and correct diet for 6mths before dipping my feet in the water again.
And if I still have it, I would then consider the MRI scans.

I believe what other brothers say is correct. A change in lifestyle, diet, and exercise may help you more than antibiotics. If DSC clears you, you should be ok, and the main problem is yeast infection, which is due to a weaken body.

Sometimes, you need a body cleansing, and balancing of your lifestyle such as proper sleep, less alcohol, more vegetable in diet, and rest. Our bodies have good and bad batercias, antibiotics kills off all, and your body need time to grow them back.

Food like Yogert and Yakult/vitagen have such good bacterias.

hi sammyboyregular, as you have mentioned only when you ejaculate your sperm inside girl will have problem, have you try to request doctor to take your sperm and then cultivate for a period of time and run test on your sperm

example: take your sperm and cultivate any know (bacteria/virus) in lab until the traces of bacteria/virus are plenty enough to be tested.

most test cannot provide accurate result when the traces of substance is too low. hence give a false positive.

By cultivating your sperm for any know or unknown (bacteria/virus). test can be done more accurately or even can be put under microscope to determine its origin. (but those procedure are quite expensive and only certain laboratory have such equipment)

There is a difference between viral & bacterial infection. Antibiotics are useless if the infection is viral, on the contrary it will strengthen the mutant cells that are creating havoc inside the body which caused you to be sick in the first place. Many modern stds are viral in nature now.

Thanks for replies, was out of country so never got online.

For those guys who cannot be bothered to read whole story... then don't bother give comments la please. Don't know head nor tail... what advice can you give?

FYI, I use condoms mostly. One time not careful, you never know what can happen. And ever since I knew I had infection, I always used a condom. Only after doctors said ALL CLEAR, then I did not use condom. Anyway, long story no need to write again.

For all the bros who said got solution, I will drop you a PM if I haven't yet tried it.

Reason why write here? Because tried so many doctors (proper channel) what else can I do except to ask in places where people cheong a lot and thus probably met with similar situations or know someone who went through similar. Try white path so many years didn't work, so try black path.

Doctor are so fond of giving antibiotics but some how forgot about the most important of some basic thing.

It is true that all urine infections are common. It cannot be fully cured until you really look into your diet.

It is just like you are having wounds and keep irritate the wounds. The bacteria will still be there. So how to recover?

In another words, if the food you eat is causing the irritation, then it will be wise to keep away for the food for a few months. For example coffee and tea. Just drink plain water for a few months until things improved.

First of all, you are not going crazy!

What you have describe could either be candidiasis or trichomoniasis. Run of the mill infection easily treatable with fluconazole and metronidazole respectively. The problem is by taking antibiotics longer than prescribed, you run the risk of developing resistance, which sounds like what is happening with your recurrent infections.

The good news is that the next level of antibiotics will probably cure it. But they are also very toxic so please go only to a reputable infectious disease specialist so that they can monitor you properly. And remember NEVER take antibiotics more than is prescribed! To do so is more harm than good!

TS, when you go for checks, did they check the testicles? Maybe the problem lies there since you said everytime you shoot inside, yeast happens..
PS: I know your sperm healthy, but maybe they nvr test for the fluid that carry the sperm?

Too much yogurt and Yakut will get diarrhoea.
