Is it up to the ITE to decide who to take action against or not to take action against ? Does the law have double standard as in when to open eyes and when to close one else ? I thought all are equal before eye of law.
IMHO, the video clip taken by the handphone wasn't that clear. U can't even tell who the heck is in the picture, nor can ascertain which exact location, which classroom in the ITE, if it was even in the ITE, the suppose event took place. It could be possibly another student dress up as the teacher to frame him. Are u actually able to recognise who is in the video ? If there is 3 similar build person, wearing the cloths in the video, standing in a lineup, are you able to pick the person out from the it? I seriously don't think so.
The only way is for those students who supposely see the action, come up, and testify against the trainer in order for the charge to stick. But that will inevitably incriminate them as well. So all the trainner has to do is to deny that the person in the film is him, I don't think the video can be use anywhere as evidents.
