not really sure about all these chops... but then again i think no on except the people from ICA will know the true meaning of these chops...

but anyway... as a general rule of thumb... if they (PRC, thai, pinay) wanna come in... preferably have the following: -
1. invitation letter from singaporean
2. enuf money (rule of thumb is about 300 to 500). helps more if she has a credit card
3. return ticket

and it may also help for you to be at the airport. sometimes the immigration officer may call you to verify that the gal coming in is your gf, etc.

and please do not overstay... maybe if 1 day nevermind... can always say miss the flight the day before...

if she wants to exit (short trip out and then come back), it helps if the guy goes along and accompany her back. i also found out that now generally ica will only allow the gal to exit one time. after dat must go back.

dat is wat my pinay gf is doing now. come in for one month. exit then get another month. then go home. 2 wks to 1 mth later come here again...

friend of my told me his FB (prc) went jb, refuse entry, LL came back sg and got 1 month extension!

i dunno how she went jb... but sometimes malaysia immigration officers do refuse entry to some of these prc pinay thai etc... the confirmed way if they wanna go in malaysia... just stick S$20 inside their passport tactically (maybe at the back of the passport)... sure can go in... i do dat for my gf... just in case if the officer trying to find trouble... just say there is nothing wrong in putting money in the passport... just for convenience... but almost for sure there will be no problem entering malaysia... with the $$ gone (just dont do it when coming back at singapore immigration... )

about the one-month extension... if they come back alone... it really depends on luck... i think she is lucky to get it... best thing if want to exit is to follow her... of cos dont do it if u r married lah... cheers!

Thai, Pinay can exit run to JB but PRC cannot suka suka exit to JB coz they need visa to travel to malaysia. Must go Malaysian Embassy apply. (visa fee depends on single/multi trips or normal/express should be min S$30 if not wrong). Visa on arrival can be granted but sometimes the malaysians immigration dont give so that's when cash in passport comes in handy.....jus my 2 cents worth

hmm, she went in tru car if i dont remember wrongly. as for the putting $, did that before, was a lady imigresen officer. she told me, i cant chop for you! pls go other lane!
after that incident, i will wait for them to ask silly questions, then ask them to return me the passport, then put $ inside.

recently my pinoy gf came back with me to sg to stay with me.. i was just beside here at the immigration. after verifying with me who is she to me. the officer asked how much she has on her. she said she got credit card and i opened up and told the officer i m sponsoring her as well.. straight away they brought her into the room and only gave her 1week!!!. went to ica for extension but they wont want to give saying the big chop dont allow them to extend but the the guy at the immigration at the airport said can extend. very contradicting statement. and she came in to visit me for a month. sometime i just dont understand the immigration ppl came here to visit bf n spent time wont give the 1month but those who use the visitor pass to work illegally somehow pass through. Wonder if the officers take bribery way before hand.And i went to immigration 2times to fight for extension n also brought my dad along as a prove statement but was rejected. then she had to rebook her ticket and leave in that very week!

take heart that yr gf is pinoy,that only need visa on arrival rather than some states in china,kena reject,cant even come!
