I just came back from Taipei yesterday. Was a short trip so I contacted a OKT on Line and chose one from cat10K.

Most people are aware there are 3 types of KTV in Taipei.
制服店
礼服店
便服店

But within each type of KTV there are further split into classes.

制服店 - lowest grade, usually older ladies. Can choose. Ladies will dance and let you touch.

公主店 - Younger ladies at about 20-28. Cannot choose. Can tip for dance.

礼服店- Can choose. Ladies from 18-30. Surely better than 制服店

便禮店 - Cannot choose, Ladies 18-30. Higher class and beautiful ladies.

小框便服店 - Top end young ladies, must book 300 min

大框便服店 - Top end young ladies, must book entire night. Most expensive
