Coz jan 13-14-15 very fully booked days at most hotels...

Both were dark n both were keen to lick an Ang Mohs arse....

U know wen that happens... I dun even start d chase....

Room attendants were ok la dude....

Wont say hot....

But reasonably fair n if so... Why not fuck them right?

Yes valentinos service pretty good...

Even room service is ok... During the day wen they hv a mini canteen...

They charged me ohp 50 for extra towel though...

Yes uncle its high for long stay... Short stay mybe ok...

There are 3 rooms on the ground floor. Dun take the room nearest to the restaurant unless you dun mind sleeping with an extra "visitor" at night.

The hotel normally will not let out the room unless they are full house. They oso know about the "visitor".

Bro the lord. I thought blue nile don't exist anymore? Someone mentioned it before tat it's closed. I used to stay there whenever I'm there.

The previous owner Richard has sold off the Blue Nile Executive hotel.
With new management maybe you'll get better rates?

Let me share whatever little knowledge I have about this guy.
Sometime ago in the Ho Chi Minh thread was a guy who claimed to be a singkie expat based there and he volunteered to show our newbies the places to cheong. Quite a few newbies took up his offer and when they shared their experiences, senior samsters realised this guy has been scamming the newbies and exposed him.

The guy is actually a singkie on the run from the law and fled to vietnam. He earns his keep by touting and ripoffs from bringing the newbies around. After being exposed he changed his nick several times and did the same thing over and over again. He has been known to travel to other places to persuade other cheongsters to visit vietnam and use his services. He is fluent in vietnamese and smooth talker and uses many nicks here.

Maybe I can get some of the seniors who has his pics to post it here to warn the others not to fall for his scams. Anyway I have not met him personally and has only seen his pics from the other bros.

Btw, how does bro SingKieu look like?

Haha... Bro.. No worries.. Im open for discussion.. So pls do bomb me with all the possible selection of hotels & ideas. Well, I'm not looking at rates above 2k per night for the rooms.


Regarding the cutting of 1 bar fine is just a value calculated from the difference I got for the current hotel. Not really thinking of having it reduced though.

Anyway I will be only there for 2 nights and I guess I should be fine.

I joined SBF in 2005 with the nick 'Raverboy'. I have been on ISG since before that, with the same nick. I was put in moderation by this board because of profanities in zapping the very scammer you think I am, and his clones. I reincarnated myself as Singkieu, which is a play on the words 'Singapore' and 'Viet Kieu'.

I am an expatriate in HCMC working for a US-based multinational corporation. I visit my home in Singapore every 6 weeks or so.

Seniors on the HCMC thread know me as someone who does not bother with taking newbies around, prefering to meet only with a select few senior members from the HCMC thread, whom I met for the first time in 2008, when I first came to Vietnam.

Now that I've introduced myself, I expect some reciprocity.

And yes, please post some pics of the 'Toad' for all to see.

Juliana's is just next to Clark Star Hotel. About 1km away from end of strip. This joint is a bit on the pricey side and the gals there do not do EWR. If you are leng chai or they juz plain like you, there is a chance...but you need to spend time and $$$
