Thanks for the support as well as the discussion, my fellow chiongsters. I probably would have been insulted if I was actually Japanese, but since I'm not, my reaction was mixed. I took the okt's insult to imply that Japanese have money, so why was I being such a cheap bastard by going to a CAT50 house to seek out a "low-budget" lay. I've been mistaken for Japanese at other GL houses in the past, and when this happens they always want to charge me more ($50 at a CAT40 house, $80 at a CAT50 house). Once I explain that I'm not Japanese, everything is ok, but I'm fine with the houses charging different rates for people whom they think have more money, in the same way that they charge ang mohs more. What pissed me off here was that I was just written off and not given a chance to respond, just because of the okt's short-sightedness. Now, with some distance from the situation, I think I can at least understand where the insult came from.

Its their business but business ahs some ethics. If you open a shop and sale products, you will charge the same from all customers. You cant say "i will charge you more for Iphone bcz you are angmoh or foreigner". So, they have fixed price for those gals. When they are not giving any discounts, they have no right to overcharge from selective customers when customer dont demand any special or extra services.
Otherwise, they should write outside "we charge more from angmohs or foreigners, so think before step in".

And to those idiots OKT, how many times they succeeded to overcharge from foreigners? 90% of the time they just lost such customers, and those standard fixed money too. If they make a balance sheet, they are on the loosing side.

Yes I agree with you, as I used to frequent few houses in GL most of Thai WL's will not provide any GFE if you are not their type or liking and their taste.
