After suffered heavy casualties last Thursday's night on board LONG JIE, I continue to venture further on ROYALE STAR on their CNW on Tues night, 25 Nov 08.

Paid Sea Port Tax (SPT) of $38.00 plus a room which i have to roll $25k, or pay cash $50.00.... By the way, their commission has reduced to 0.8% from the original 1%. ie for every 1k u roll, u get $8 instead of $10.

By 4am, Not only I lost all my capital, but also have to cough out the $50.00 for cabin charge.

Now, thinking twice to go on CNW

Noticed a group of regulars, including one lady go to LW daily 8am to 12.30 pm except on Mondays for Baccarat games... From what i gathered, they seem to win everytime ...

Bro, you should seriously consider switching to baccarat.

It has a lower house edge compared to roulette.
Banker/Player decision to make. If hit TIE, you don't lose.

Red/Black decision to make. If hit Green(0), you lose all.

Baccarat in the casino I feel is the 'fairest' game to gamblers already.

If you go to LW and see that group of regulars, including that lady, just observe hard on their style of playing. You should be able to catch how they play after 1 shoe. Then you analyse whether what they did can win long term or they win based on good luck.

If you start winning 50,000 everyday, then to the casino, it is not okay for them

Gambling involves winning and losing. In the long run, it is losing more than winning. So far I have heared or seen ppl losing their properties but no one winning enough money to even buy a car. It is a game to be played small if only u can control yourself, if not, will end up in big trouble.
