Specifically I am chafing against the actions of a certain member (most likely with the rest of his clones) or a group of members who seems to have issues with my posting. ...and have reverted to MASS Zapping SEAJ (33 zaps within 2 days) over a post that was never meant to be offensive to ANYBODY, but which I guess an oversensitive fragile ego must have deemed so.

I would appreciate your opinion and advise.

Hi,

Need some kind info. I am bringing my girl to Thailand for a short holiday. From my understanding, Thailand issues visa-on-arrival for China citizens. Will I have any problems boarding the plane at Shenzhen airport? I heard conflicting news. Some say no problem whereas some say the immigration will forbid her from leaving as she doesnt have a visa yet. Even if we tried explaining that we will only apply for visa when we reach Thailand, the Chinese immigration refuses to entertain.

Anybody with info? Or have done it before?
Please advise.

Better secure a visa for your MeiMei before leaving China.
Recently went with a PRC friend(none KTV gal) she flew from Beijing to Bangkok. Told me that if she did'nt apply for visa before hand she might be turned back by China immigration even though Thailand issue visa on arrival. The problem is not entering Thailand but leaving China

What's there to debate about.. It's clear that certain group of ppl are offended by ur recently posting and they made it known to u thru the legal way in sbf. That's by zapping u.

As opposed to these crettins who resort to ANONYMOUS zaps which although "legal" as you point out, is nonetheless, IMHO, childlike and totally chicken shit. And this is what I am trying to do here - to point out that even though certain actions on this board may be legal, it just nonetheless encourage hooligan behaviour.

As you point out, everybody is entitled to their own opinions and has free right to express it; this is what makes for a great board where a free flow of information, opinions and discourse is encouraged. But to allow anonymous zaps only encourage chicken shits to take pot shots WITHOUT any fear of retribution and worse, without having to defend anything their simple minds may come up with.
