The price is reasonable for complete heart screening program. Since I have Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, the price doesn't matter too much. Therefore, friends, make sure you have medical insurance to be safe especially when you get old like me!

Diet itself might not be enough as your body produces 3 to 4 times the amount of cholesterol than you eat! You might want to consider taking Niacin to balance the LDL and HDL. The other option is to get on statin. Do talk to your personal physician and have regular check ups, which you are already doing!
