Hi bros,

I am new to Thai Scene... just a question to ask...

Now Thailand is safe to visit??? as in recently there is news of thailand being bombed here and there... is it really safe for tourism?

Thats the problem- the sordid memories cant be wiped off my mind. despite me having a distraction of a more conventional kind.

btw We are almost sorted and plans are clearer- we plan to be up in Mid Sep 15th onwards.

Hope u can do a quickie up there then--it be more fun with extra bros around, as (sorry this is kind of selfish of me) I need an excuse (i.e. Meeting "clients") to get away for a while from my regular ( non-wl) gal

But i will make it up by getting a round of beers at a AGG bar of your choice

Local SG newspapers simply love to make a cat looks like tiger. It is safe to tour around Thailand.

Got our beloved Hako...though he's probably be present on Sun 16th Sep itsself.

For me i arrive on sat 15th ( but most likely be "occupied" and not in bkk town itself for that day).

IT's safer than u think, HECK its safer than both our "Neighboring" countries ( which i shall not name)

BTW- based on statistics and safety , You have equal chances of getting into an accident while at home ( waking up from your bed , toilet, Kitchen) and getting in a bad situation due to the "unstable" political situation in thailand
