Jogging Ladies

i usually jog on my boring route and then one day i saw a chiobu flashing by....at 5min per km pace... finally found someone to pace me lol i should be twice her age and managed to keep up and pass her....lol think she quite disappointed an old man twice her age can run faster

the next day i thought I can see her again but no luck.....otherwise she will be great motivation to pace me....and maybe ask her to be my run buddy

anyway , want to see chiobu just jog around marina bay area...plenty of motivation to complete your run

Bro, if yr route is boring, then u shd come over to our punggol jogging club to jog tgt with our 2 lovely chiobu sis, driedlemon3 n NightSwiftAngel ..ai mai ??

Good motivation. hahaha. I hate to run around marina bay area.... that is my office area. How to say.... that area remind me of work stress. hahaha.

She is a nice lady. I cannot catch up with her. But once she stopped and tell me that I should not be landing on my heels. Not the right way to jog.

That is how I get to know her. I guess she is just concerned that a senior citizen like myself will get injured while running.

What pace are we talking about ? 5min 10sec to 5min 20sec per km for 5km i still can catch up lol
