I have been to Le Vy, its brochure is available in SAO (Star) Cafe. The brochure shows picture of the girls and i think not bad so pay there a visit. Quality not bad...

the places are 35,49,51 and 92 Hai Bah Trung. they charge USD$60 + bar fine for ST. LT i not sure.

The place that charges VND 1.2 mil with no bar fine is NOT on Hai Bah Trung.

their brochures can also be found at MGM cafe, Windows and others. THe girls on the brochure are definately no working at the Saloon.

Unfortunately the idea is there but no way can be compared to Sim Lim cos the stocks are much much lesser and older, you will need to walk along the street to access different shops, not like a mall concept in Sim Lim.

The reason I suggested VT is becos there is only so much bonking we can do in HCMC so since we have 5 days might as well go a bit further, can relax at the beachfront and have barbequed seafood

The rate in Sillypore is extremely terrible cos the last time I asked it was 9600VND and this is buying, which also means selling will be worst

If you really have a lot than you can change with me cos I need it every month, but errrr of cos not worse than what I can change at HCM myself

Honestly if its just a few hundred dollars than not really worth my/yours effort to meet up just to change $$

Err bro, no need so mah huan, bring enough USD just to pay for the hotel and (if you intend to) FL, for all other expenses just bring Sing$ to change to VND here, I'll bring you to 1 shop which still offers the best rate after asking soooooo many shops in HCM
