Nice way of putting them in place. Sad to say, I was also overwhelmed by these type of waitresses in Dollhouse. Eventually, they learned not to take advantage as I reduced their own drinks. Said since she wanted to share, she gets less.

Today went Angeles city centre w special girl jalan jalan shopping, buy her a belt. Lunch n have icecream there.
Took the longer way holy jeep to checkpoint, should have taken the hensonville one. Very hot weather today.

Went to Angelwitch for pool. Order drinks n played pool for 1 hour.
Very nice of ZIEBART to leave his discount card for me to use but never use as bill was only 110p.

Went SM walk around.
6pm n the R.Runner called , never pick up as special girl around. Texted n she is back to Angeles from Manila n wanted to see me , German customer has gone back Germany.

Ask special girl go back hotel rest, told her i meeting Spore friends that just arrived n later will buy dinner for her.
Arrange meet R.Runner at 7-11. Watch special girl up the jeep then go meet the R.Runner.
Went w her for dinner at videoke st, n flirt w her until the boss n staff keep on staring at us.
After dinner went 7-11 buy ice cream n went chow king have Halo Halo dessert n chat. Chat for 1 hour abt how the German was so jealous that she has to off her hp when he around n not happy when she speaking to males.

She suggest go my hotel n I frankly tell her I had a girl there, she was upset but i still told her that she is someone special I knew before her n I don't want to lie to her.
Special girl texted me want to eat pork adobo.
I told her I like her too but the German treats her much better than me.
She asked me go a shorttime hotel w her in Perimeter near honeykos.

Told her wait for me at JJ while go buy pork adobo for my girl.
So bought food n went back hotel had a bath n told special girl Spore friends wants me to join them continue barhopping. Brought along a watch as gift.

Went JJ met up w R.Runner n took jeepney to Rumi hotel for a 3hrs room 350p. Very nice n spacious deluxe room.
In side room take bath n we were like long lost lovers DFKing n did the deed no bbbj. Rested half hour hugging n chatting.

Before 2nd round start, told her she promised to give me her cherry bj, she at first reluctant n then proceed after some pestering from me.
Though first time doing bbbj but i will give a 7.
Then missionary n cowgirl n finshed in mish.

See clock only 1,5hrs passed, remainder of time just flirt, hug.
Times up left n went JJ bought 2 cans of drink n sent her off.

Went buy cornstick n burgers went back hotel n special girl was waiting for me playing games on my netbook.
After eating went reception post this as wifi 2nd floor was out for 4 days.

Giving 500p tips is too much for a 1 nite stay, even for a super performer. This is more for what newbies with soft hearts (or with too much money ) or pushovers will give. This is above what most of us seasoned seniors will pay in the morning.

Truth is, if she was a good gal with me then rather than give her a big tip, I prefer to use the tips as a down payment with a promise I would BF her for another nite instead. Believe me that she would love that and so will you. And if she wasn't that good then why are you even thinking of tipping her ???
All you newbies have to remember PT's rule #1, TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY IN AC.

So, all you bros have to remember ANOTHER simple rule I ALWAYS USE:
1) she was outstanding then consider taking her out again and using the big tip for another nights BF with her. She will get another nights commission from the BF and also spend another nite in a nice hotel room with ac rather than sleeping in her crappy/ dirty mattress on the floor with 3 other people with a fan.
2) she was a deadbeat then everyone who knows me already knows my golden cheongter rule--If I am not a happy man then no way she gets a tip from me (not even trike money if she ask for it)
3) she falls inbetween the above 2 rules then its up to you to either give her a SMALL tip or none at all or just 50-100p trik money for her trip home as a good gesture.
****note: I've been in AC many years and the above rules have served me well*****

Also, Don't forget that if most of us did the usual routine of buying her 1-2 (or more) LDs at the bar, then she already made extra drink "commission" from us.

From my many experiences so use them if you like as my advice is always free of charge.

So much good advice on this board from so many helpful samsters.

The only thing I can add to this post is instead of a big tip, take her out for a nice meal will also do the trick. That way you can both enjoy the food and each others company at the same time.

Perhaps let me offer an alternate view of things.

My thinking is that if I have a good time with the girl, tip her a bit more, say PHP500 or even PHP1000 if she did a good job and I would like to see her again. This is an investment because I will then get her number and arrange for her to skip work the next day. That way no bar fine for me to pay.

However, depending on the bar, the bars will penalize her for not showing up for work ( I heard it is PHP300 per day). That way you can save on the Bar fine but pay the girl directly. From the BF, each girl will get paid between 40-60% (so I average it 50%). So if you make it worth her while, ie (penalty + 50% of BF + a little extra) she will come out and skip work. If you only going to give her cut of the usual BF (50%) unless she really likes you, she is unlikely to go along with the plan.

My logic is, I rather give the money to the girl than to the bar. Don't forget you go to the bar, you also have to buy LDs (which most girls gulp down because of the commission not because they are thirsty or like the drink) So you will end up paying more than just the BF. So its all about money - plain and simple. Not the aircond room, not the nice bed or the TV.

Seriously, do all of you turn on your aircond at home 24hrs a day? and since your office got aircond does that mean you prefer to stay in the office rather than go home? It is just a job, for the money. Don't believe, tell the girls this, "I will pay you the same amount of money as tips, you have a choice to stay here the whole night in this nice aircond room or you can go back to your crappy home with no aircond, bed on the floor and share with others." I depending on the time of day, more than half will want to go home.

Guys don't fool yourselves into thinking you are doing favours for the girl by offering them aircond room (they will follow you back even if your room has no aircond) or dinners (those of us who have to entertain client in our jobs will know this, after a while, I only go for the dinners with them because of the business = money, its a drag, I rather go for dinner with my friends, family, to places I want to eat, and choose what I eat)

So for me, it is save on what you spend in the bars buying drinks paying BF and split some of that savings with the girls. Let all the other players out there support the profits for the owners of the bars, you just go and harvest and get the best service from the girl because she thinks you are generous. And because they think you are a cash cow, they will go out of the way to make you happy and contented. And you have a great time which is what it is all about. In actual fact you are saving more money because you didn't pay the bar. Cut out the middle man. That is my strategy! hahaha.. (please don't tell Bar Managers - after I not welcomed there anymore). Also if you want others from the bar, word gets around if you are "generous" and you still don't have to pay BF because runners, etc will want to look for you.

Of course there are some bad service stupid girls that give attitude, to those, take what you need and kick their ass out after you are done.

I have to agree to both, if you gonna to be a long time cheonging , stick to the rules, it will go a long way.

If you tip too much ( in our opinion ) , its ok, but just dont spoil the market too much.

Either way, we should enjoy ourselves at the end of the day.
