Kudos for you to share the info but sorry if I am a bit sceptical as have not heard or seen such pubs mentioned by you in D1 (unless you are talking about those "billiard bars" but then their ladies drink is never priced at 3.5 SGD, mostly in USD), moreover rarely outlets in HCM deals in SGD, only USD & VND.
Care to offer more info as to the name & locations??

Consultation is VND70k because you are a foreignor. Doctors speak english so its ok. Have been going there whenever i need to see doctor. Consultation + medication has never costed me more than VND200K. It is also a very popular place for foreignors to go do medical check up for work permits.
Foreign own clinics here in HCMC, esp in D1 catering to Foreigners charge you an arm an a leg and to say that their doctors are not very bright is an under statement.
