Depends on what you mean by insider?

If you mean am I a civil servant then the answer is no.

But I can be consider as insider also because I have access to government agencies and in depth knowledge of their procedures and policies. That is the advantage of being a grassroots volunteer/leader

Now, his misdoings are all over the newspapers. Really very malu even he wins this case( which I highly doubt he will), and his rest of his life is gone as well( career wise ) and family rebuilding will take a long time.
