At the moment, Changi Village is the clear winner. It's almost a guarantee you will see local ladyboys there. Although you have to wait past midnight.The other locations like Geylang and Orchard Towers are hit and miss. Oh ya, there is Irene, the tattooed one at Rowell. I think her house number is either 65 or 67.
