Used to try Procomil spray. I think it was the best so far as it does not numb the dick.
Currently doing kegel exercise almost daily. Can feel there is an improvement in the pelvic muscles after a period of time. Able to control the urine flow and ejaculation better. But still a long way to go. I still have my procomil. Still need to use for insurance purposes bah.

Got Procomil spray from my supplier and been using for quite a while now. Quite effective and doesn't leave a numb feeling when getting a BJ
