I can visit 4x a week, 1 month. Around 2.5k++.

Managed to tone down by fapping to Xmm or chio bus on insta or Tiktok. Everytime I wanna visit I just faster force myself go toilet and wank. Once released I trf $100 to 1 account I created for myself to reward myself.

Managed to cut from 4x/week to 1x/week and now I’m on 1-2x/month. Few months ago i checked that bank acc, wow $6800 inside means I controlled myself 68x. Went to eat some expensive steak, went a short trip to Vietnam ( visited massage everyday but only 30sgd/day ), bought some nice t shirts for myself , etc

it's quite amazing how you can spend so much going to spa every month. No wonder so many spa sprout up everywhere. It is because of your "generous" support and also make those greedy bosses jack up price. If we can control our spending and also support those 50/50 spa, then slowly those other greedy expensive spa will close shop. If less people spend so much.

I love the thread…many good advice from various bros. For me personally, fapping is the best proven method. It takes away your urge immediately, is free, time efficient and totally safe.

Actually, you just gotta do some soul searching and look for the reason why you go to these places. Maybe it’s not just the sexual urge, but you seek a deeper social connection. If that’s the case, spending money for that 1hr gratification is only going to fill that void momentarily and sustain it only as deep as your wallet goes. Either go out there and make genuine connections or think about how you can better yourself with your time, with or without the money spent on MLs. It’s okay to visit once in awhile, just don’t get addicted. Like all addictions, they mostly do not end well.
