Is the internet connection in HCM down these few days or just unstable? Or is it htat different district will has different quality of internet access?

The internet in HCMC has been unstable for the past few months. The infrastructure cannot support the usage.. especially if you are using FPT...

it's actually a dictionary called Lac Viet 2002

I found a similar link to download the file but not sure whether it's the same from my CD-ROM as I have yet to install..

No, i m based in sgp. But sometimes I am based in little HCMC...

In sgp the chance of learning true viet language is lower so i volunteer to help Zaryl to distribute the CD.
