Actually it's a 200 baht discount, not 20%. Since its prices are a little high to begin with, the discount brings them down to the normal level.

Closest arp nam to National Stadium (Sanam Gilah) would be So Botan. A little too far to walk (20-25 minutes but I've done it). Take a tuktuk or motosai in the direction away from Siam to Rama 6. Take a right at Rama 6 and go maybe 200-300m. So Botan will be on your left. Anyway motosai rider will know for sure. Journey is around 5 minutes and will cost you 40-50B.

I am no expert but to share with you the homework I have done for my upcoming trip.

Exit Huay Kwang BTS and there are numerous massage parlours along that whole stretch of road...... and have some seafood from the many stalls there to re-energize yourself.

Those are mostly soapies at Ratchada. My fav being Nataree..

If you are looking for oil massage cum special then Sukhumvit soi 18-24 (even numbered) may be a better place.
