Firstly, I am not a employee of this company. Dont be mistaken hor. Chat Chat is from this company called Shinetown Telecom. $10 is supposed to be able to let you call for 88mins but I doubt it. My estimate is ard 70+ mins. Still not bad lah. Quality wise is ok to me however, sometimes it can get a little unstable but not frequently. The card will expire 180 days from initial use. But one will definitely finished it before the expiry date. I had been using this for at least a year already. The most worth-it card that I can find currently. Anyone else got better lobangs?

From the website, it says:
VIETNAM MOBILE(84)
Peak Rate: $ 0.1136 / min
Off Peak Rate: $ 0.1136 / min

To use the card, the steps are as followed:
1) Call 67663939
2) Press 1 to select English Lang
3) Enter your card PIN or Number
4) Enter your Ba Xa tel number.
5) Wait for dial tone and you are connected
6) Say " Anh nho em" to the other party. (Just kidding)

The card PIN or Number is on the card but concealed by some grey-colour stuffs. Need to scratch it off. Similar to Starhub's top-up card.

About M1's new and most recent IDD services, M1 just started having IDD services to VN. I think it is called IDD 021. But the conditions are
1) You had to sign up for a M1 mobile plan like SunSaver, etc

Or, can try this card called "Hofone" or "H-fone". Similar to ChatChat. More expensive than ChatChat but cheaper than HomeConnect in terms of per min charges. Did a search but I cant find the website for this. So paiseh. Card is valid for 90 days from initial use. I think it is from ETN Singapore and distributed by Seaman Palace Pte Ltd.
