Let me elaborate on my little unfortunate incident at xin hai li, first time to zhuhai and was recommended to this restaurant by some umbrella bar gals on LHL.

Decor and reception was impressive by zhuhai standards. Ushered by waitress to pick the live seafood i wanted. Picked a rather pricey fish, lots of prawns, scallops, and another 2 side dishes.

Scallops were delicious!
Prawns were of different sizes. I remembered i picked all the large prawns but some were freaking tiny!
Fish was fuckin bad! i'm a fish lover thats why i could determine from the very first bite. Either the fish wasn't fresh, or they totally swapped another breed.

The price was rather ok by sgp standards (400RMB) but i wont say its cheap in zhuhai. However i felt i was shortchanged in terms of quality. This could be a one off incident so i WILL return to evaluate on my next trip.

Any bros like to recommend another place for cheap and quality assured seafood?
