I think those booking agents at ferry terminal can offer better prices.
Last I tried Kaha opposite Harmoni Hotel offered me S$50+ like that.
Then walk 3mins to hotel to check in.

Walk a round behind Center Point mall, a few stretch of shophouses, and chanced on Indah. Didn't expect it to be open, but behind the curtain got a number of gals.
