recently went to K81 with my fb and as i arrived 1st i want to book and check-in 1st,was told by the counter that AV new rule is,they need both person present then can book room for the transit,but for overnight u can book 1st and go up wait for your partner.is this true ? thanks

Not new rule..... has been the procedure since the introduction of 2 IDs requirement. What I further understand is that your images is captured on cam and paired with your IDs. Which is why I rented a room now and dun need to look for hotels anymore...... more privacy and convenience.

Happy Hotel in Geylang has increased the price to $25 per 2 hours
Removed the $20 deposit. But also removed the wifi for transit rooms

The other hotel La Mode Hotel down the road way too dirty, even though they have mirrors in the rooms, but the recep guy is damn anal. 10-15 mins before check out he will call you. Damn irritating. And he is rude and eat your time.
