need your advice,

which is better:
change most of your money here in sg or in hcmc ?
and
change into usd or dong ?

i suppose i'll need both correct ?
i prefer to hold most of it in usd with a little dong for taxi and small purchases, is that practical ?

do i need to pay airport tax when i leave and how much (must we pay in dong ?) ?

1) Change you money in HCM.
2) I don't there is a need for USD. Sing$ seems to be more valuable now.
3) No airport tax required.

I will be putting up at Amara I think. Btw, any pals here pls correct me if i am wrong. usually hotel won't bother if you have a "visitor" coming in early in the evening like before 9pm or so ?

It shd be ok if you bring your "guest" up to your room before a "Stated Timing", pls refer to your hotel.
