no worries, my last trip on 13/05/09 I took the 1815hrs flight that reach
macau at 2150hrs.

enuff time to reach to take the last mini bus, if not taxi always available.
when I reach GongBei custom it was 2250hrs.

Just take a Taxi from the Airport to "Kwang How" Custom in Cantonese. Cost about 60 HK or Macau dollar. Both accepted. You can also use RMB but not worth it.

If I remember correctly, GongBei custom closes at 12 midnight. Ideally you should reached GongBei custom at around 11pm as sometime it can take around 1 hr to queue up.

Macau Custom is very prompt. Even the queue is long, it won't take more then 30 min.

Tip for your return trip from Zhuhai, when you exit the "Gongbei" custom into Macau, there are many free shuttle buses that provide transport to their respective casinos. Example you can take Venetian shuttle bus to their casino (West entrance of hotel), hang around and ogle at the FL plying their trade on the casino floor, and then take their shuttle to the airport.

From GongBei Custom to Macau Custom (1), just after the custom, you can take a Venetian bus to Venetian. From Venetian, can take another Venetian Bus to the Airport. If you have time, this is the no cost method. If no time, just take a Taxi to the Airport. Cost about 60 HK/Macau $$$

There is no direct FREE bus from Macau Custom (1) to the Airport.

At the Venetian Macau Hotel, there is a free shuttle bus to Macau airport, frequency every 15-20 mins. Shuttle buses operate from West lobby. The main lobby is also called the East lobby and is a 10 min walk between the 2 lobbys. The one that shuttles you from Gongbei Customs to the hotel is even more frequent, like every 10 mins.

Venetian is on the Cotai Strip and is on the same island as (therefore closer to the) Macau airport. Other major casinos such as Wynn or Sands should have airport shuttles too.
