Don't have experience using buses between Gongbei and ChangAn/ChangPing, was using private car.
However, I do know there is a central bus station within 5 mins walking distance once you exit Gongbei customs into Zhuhai. There maybe buses bringing you from there to ChangAn.

Gongbei Tongda Bus Terminal do not serve direct route to CP ... only to CA ...
for CP route .. u can find one at the ZH Port Plaza basement ...
if i'm not mistaken, there r 3 timing schedule bus to CP per day ..
or alternatively u can go to 香洲汽车站 for buses to CP ... every 30-45 minutes scehdule from 0730hrs to 1930hrs daily ...

There is oso a money changer counter at "昌安好世界酒店"...exchanger rate quite good...but cannot compare to sg...
