can anyone advise the price of the LB besides the drink stalls? they asking for $50 now? The OKT asked them to charge $50 yesterday. I thought all the time is $30

With those kind of rooms they want to charge $50? Few years ago some lbs were trying for $50 from locals. They didn't succeed.
If they provided decent washing facilities and better beds and maybe half an hour service, then maybe. But with those present conditions it's a rip off!
Maybe the landlord is asking the lbs for more rent and the lbs are trying to pass it on? They used to pay $40 a day last time.

Interesting u guys chatting of this increase thing, i'm not into LB if there is a markup? Ah! ppls in this country learn things fast, July GST package all citizens will receive it. Probably we r seeing DRL markup if no, fast bang service. U want this pay more.

DRL r taking it slow, i predict July we will b seeing more stuckup WL faces. So? I may cut my trips to PT brothels fr, 2times to only 1time in the middle of July.

I am not sure if he was the pimp since this was my first time there. I only found out about Rowell because of this forum (thanks Sammy!). But whoever he was, he didn't seem very rude or forceful. The LB's at the front of the gates were trying to make me pay $50. The guy tried to tell me that $50 was good compared to GL, but I knew better because of this place. So I looked a little longer. But he wasn't very forceful or really rude at all. After a short while, the LB at the front that asked for $50 suddenly shut the door. I thought that she shut it because I was looking and not buying (yet). But since it never opened again even after a long time, I realized that they shut the door because of the threat of a raid. That was later confirmed by a LB from the other side of Rowell.
