went out and got a taxi to Poseidon. checked out level 2 and 3. finally decided on level 2.

If cab driver insist on taking you to another MP, likely he earns a commission, and that is added to your bill. Generally I will not take a cab directly to the MP, will find a hotel or ask them drop me by the street.

The surcharge is not about being a foreigner, but it is about 'skin color', unfortunately. And no, Singaporean Chinese do not pay a surcharge. But if they know you are not a thai, some papasan or mamasan only in some MPs may quote you the 'tourist' rates.

So far from my experience, we are not subject to surcharge.

Surcharge are meant for farangs and negros only. Some include dark skin asians in the surcharge category.

We fall into the yellow skin category.

Correct, which is why Sundays I just go AGG,Star Wars and FL late nite discos. Other places like MP, GClub will be waste of time cos will not get the best stocks
