I'd recommend go in the afternoon around 2pm-3pm. But be prepared to go through the usual massage route

Generally if you go in the evening, around 7+, they're less discreet about it and are willing to talk rates once you enter the shop. My experience has been that in the day, they won't even talk rates until you commit to a massage (3R for 30mins / 1B for an hour)
