personally, i find eating/drinking in zhuhai (outside of ktv) is much cheaper then in dongguan. Prices are definately more expensive then changping / changan if no connection, or no one familiar with the place.

Above rates are only available if > 10 ppl (due to hotel/ktv tied to travel agency rate)

will only release contact after meetup in singapore.

personally i love the 温泉 there. 50% discount rate , 368 RMB for 2 ppl entry, 1 night stay , + buffet lunch, dinner, + breakfast. super cheap!

golfing rates : also can get cheaper then member rate. (super vip rate, but must be >10 ppl)

Bro Coolmank...XGX rate is always the best in southern china..but some agents will try to outbeat them (dun know how true is SGguy33)...From calculation of 35% discount...a big room in the abv mention KTV (can hold abt 25 ppls)...min charge is abt 2000rmb...with 35% discount is ard 1300rmb...
2000rmb of liquor is = 3 bottles of chivas (2 bottles free 1 bottles @ 750rmb / bottle) still got balance 500rmb can order 24 cans of beer(1 dozen at 400rmb & free 1 dozen)...good deal if u r not heavy drinker like me...
Not forgetting u r paying just 1300rmb ++ (service charge)...so if 8 ppls going then each onlyhave to fork out less than 200rmb....very good deal...
Bro SGguy33...if yr g/f can offer the abv mention deal then u yr g/f can beat XGX anytime...

Thanks for the info. I try her service if we does go to Zhuhai Zhongshan area. For the time being plan is to go to DG SZ side in March. Good chance we could meet in CP during march.

But why cut off at 10ppl? Golfing group is 4,8 or 12? My group always limited to 8.

Thanks for the info. I agreed with you about xgx they are the biggest agent in South China. Their prices are posted in the open and its more or less become the benchmark for these service.
My personal observation is that:-XGX CP prices are very difficult to beat. But outside of CP there are places where their prices are not difficult to beat.

For example XGX mixed K or 混K prices are the same for CP, CA and DS. But we all know drinking costs is a lot higher in CP than CA or DS. Meaning XGX CA and DS is over priced.

And one area XGX is not competitive is transport via private car.

Enjoys your self in CP, cheers. Regret and very sad cannot join you in Jan.

They have many Zhuhai hotels that they can book for you. I had booked through them many times a few hotels and found them quite reliable.

Personally, I like Guotai hotel the most as it is very new and the room is big and modern. Its location is good too, along a shopping street and just a short walk of less than 5 min after Gongbei custom. The room rate is 388rmb (weekday) and 458rmb (weekend).

Hi... not sure where you get your rates. But from the link I provided earlier, a standard room at Guotai is just 348rmb for weekdays and 358rmb for weekends.

From the rates you quoted, you can book a luxury room there... which costs 388rmb for weekdays and 448 for weekends.
