I am always cautious when I hear people paying small money from established joints for "SYT". Well, it depends on the personal definition of "SYT".
In my perception, it has been YEARS that I do not see a real SYT in any joint. My memories of " real SYT" in joints date back several years ago, and they were always the most expensive in that shop.

The only girls I would name SYT, that I have seen in recent years, were only in disco (or at mall, of course, but they were not available )

The gals in joint get half or even less then half of the booking fee per booking. SYT wont stay long in joints.

There are agents who dont work for any joint recruiting these SYT, offering them very much higher payment and customer in batam.

When i say what i said earlier,i wasnt referring to buying an apple that usually would cost S$0.50 at S$0.10 or even S$0.20,but more of buying the same apple at around S$0.40 or S$0.45...well,instead of paying S$0.75 and/or S$1.00 (maybe even more?) for it. Hence i gave bro PowerBenz my salute becos not many in Batam could do what he did.

Side Note : During my last trip, a friend tells me his wechat girls tells him that there are Sillyporean customers who were paying her a juta and more for one short time aka ST,hehehe...but she's only charging my friend 350k to 400k rupiah a shot. To date,i have not come across any booking joints,MPs or KTVs in Batam that has no SYT yet. Out of 20 girls in a single such places, there will definitely be at least a small handful of SYTs...just that perhaps you or i have not seen her at the point when we visited. I learned that during Ramadan month about 3 years ago,hehehe...when i 1st visited joints,MP and KTVs behind those closed-doors and back-room.

I learned then that a handful of girls in most joints dont usually comes out into the "fish-tank" to let customers pick them,many already has a fix income from their so called "sugar-dad". Most of those were SYTs (and they are choosy over their customers).

(i nicknamed these girls in those joints , 镇店之宝 aka sugar-girls <gem-of-a-joint> - its written in my summaries before)

After i learned that in batam,i seriously dont have the guts to say that most booking joints has no syt,hehehe...

Have a good upcoming trip. Just make sure you dont go pluck the flowers (they are not real),it would be good if you could "pluck" the girl/s,hehehe...

Hmm...comes to think about it,i was contemplating if i should stay in Batam City Hotel when i read from tripadvisor earlier that their customers who has stayed there before were complaining about bed bugs during May and July 2017 respectively. Maybe on the safe side,if i were to stay there, i might stay in their newer building's room (or a better quality room) instead of the the other old one.

(Batam City Hotel is divided into 2 blocks of building,one old and one new,for your info)
