I think girth is more impt, because a fatter cock provides more friction during thrusting

length is not so important because the area near to outside of the love canal is more sensitive than inside

Depends on situation. If your girl is small, you definitely don't need more girth. If you just want the visual impact of having a large dick then more length would be good.
