eeerrrr...if you book online, it dosent matter where you are.

If you want to book through travel agent, ask them for e-ticket. The e-ticket will be e-mailed to you. You then have to forward it to the intended party.

Alternatively, you can ask the Travel Agent if they have a "partner" in HCMC, ask them to book for you, you pay them in Singapore, and intended party goes to the Travel agent in HCMC to collect the ticket.

He CONFIRMED went over dark side before, just that never kena transformed completely

Buying round trip online there's no difference SGN-SIN or SIN-SGN round trip, just that the fare structure may differ, sometimes more expensive as some of them may be in USD.
