i know a female friend who just bought a condo in Pham Vit Chan (not sure about the spelling) that cost her US$50,000 for a 600 sq ft 2 bedroom unit, kind of ex isn't it?

i have a local friend who bought a piece of land outside the city 2 years back, and is now worth 2.5 times what he paid for it then.

so i guess the locals are right in investing on landed property...

but generally, property price here is crazy. much much more then, say, KL.

Wah.. Vietnamese gf? Then she should be one rich Vietnamese girl to be able to buy Saigon Pearl. Such gals hardly come by and is hard to handle too. I used to have a rich VN gf 2 years ago, but seriously speaking, she's just like any other singapore gal. Very high expectation.

Yea, many US$ millionaires were made out of the property boom for the past few years. Now they are turning their heads to other districts like district 7 and 12, which they believe will lead the next stage of property boom. But too bad, foreigners like us cannot buy land, unless we have a company there and buy it under company's name.

was told something funny.

in their bid to widen the roads here for highways and such, the communist government just brute force their way and tear down which ever houses that are in the way. so imagine their usual narrow and long house lots here? some of them got chop into half - and this ain't that bad. some are already like not very long (deep), and kanna chopped somemore, so now only left with about 2 metres deep... just enough space to put a tv - and u then got to watch it from outside the house...

I got sob story to tell....the whole Sat, I kena "kidnapped".
It started with one of the "Blue" gal asked me out for lunch. After lunch we went jalan jalan...I know she got to work at 7, so was looking forward to go party with u.
Then she surprised me by calling up "Blue" and said she not working that night. Went over to my place instead. After that want to shake her off also cannot. Went dinner...hang out a bit at Underground and SW called and said he was at Catwalk. So just went over for cameo appearance.

So...forgive me can? Bottle can still open, but discount a bit lah....Black Label can???

Last night was at CW, after the National Day dinner.
Move on to CR, then Blue...by the time got home was so sloshed.

Last night saw one new gal at CW, not a PRO, she also not waitress.

So will be in Singapore for a while before making another trip to Makati.

I will be in HCM from next tuesday to thursday only. Maybe bros didn't read my earlier post, i have relocated back to Singapore around 3 months ago. Now i only make short trips back to HCM monthly.
