Last eve was on Joo Chiat and Katong, doc was on other biz but, red light districts centre of attraction is sex workers. They were few night shots of hot girls along the streets. I would like to touch on this other type of biz's customer. These are mine observation.
1 An art gallery which offer a free stay for artists. I guess the owner main customers are rich, artistic people not the people of JC and Katong. 2 A Nonya handicraft shop, same customers based and i don't think the rental costs are favourable. This gen i think SLA fixed the $, almost same we rent a shop at Tampines or, JC Katong not much different. 3 Bicycle shop owner mention this gen, he had more overseas customer then locals. Ah! He made his $ from the people of JC, then the camera shot 2sexy girls passing by a KTV. I guess the producers is making a statement. The boss said, JC does not change alot and that rental had gone up. 4 A VN 40plus lady, married here for 12yrs who operate a VN restaurant. Her staff had few VN brides, i guess they were doing P/T work only, worry these pretty VN brides will be tempted to make the easy $. Morale of mine story, i would not want to make $ our of sex workers don't feel comfortable. Rental $ same everywhere, jolly well move away from the sleezy place.

Will there be any upgrades in JC after the E-Day?
I have been patronising JC recently and I have observed that Monday is always the more happenings weekday. More chiongsters and more gals. Any comment?

I was at joo chiat last Monday. My observation is correct. There are more gals on mondays.
I was at 155. A syt came to me. She was hot! She asked me to play dice but I rejected cos I don't like dice games. She later asked me could she went to see other customers. Permission granted to her.
