Hahaha don't worry it happened to me too about 2 weeks after the procedure. Wait til all the the stitches are out.

Just fyi about 2 months after my cut, one thread appeared from the scar line. Simply used a cotton q-tip to wipe it away.

For the first few days after the cut, I noticed that my dick was staining my underwear, probably from the tip. This problem disappeared after a few days (maybe 1 week or so). Not sure why. Maybe the dickhead is not used to being exposed, coz even in an uncut dick without phimosis, the head is usually hidden behind the foreskin.
