I not as hopeful as far as price concern. I think we need to resign to the fate that $120 is the new norm even if GL fully reopen, considering inflation and cost of rental skyrocketed. What I feel will improve is after GL reopen, more ML will adjust their offerings to make themselves more enticing. SN might list FN, throw in BJ, CIM etc. There's less resistance to provide more comprehensive services now that most people accepted covid is part of daily life, so I see MLs, especially those that are coming, will be prepared to up their game, without those nonsense "tiered" pricing.

Let's not forget even pre covid, the MLs offering more services are actually same priced as the SN Vanillas. There is a market for both at the same price point. Well, I bet they have their own "forum" where the "sisters" sharing what works and what does not work on SG guys. So as long as there are willing buyer, this trend would not stop, and maybe even more pattern in the future.

But looking at how locals have deep pockets and willing to spend 700/800 at dome L, I would not be surprised that there would be people willing to support these trend.

Increasing supply is easier said than done.
Everybody has been crying for that for the past 2 years

Must tell ICA to release more work permits.

Must tell hotels to be less hardworking in chasing MLs away.

Must tell AV to conduct less raids on shops and condos.

Must tell condo sublet tenants to charge less rental (now about $300 per room per day)

Must tell the 中介s to charge less levy (now at about $2500-3000 per mth)

Must tell condo owners to be less kaypoh of their neighbours' activities.

In a world where everybody needs money and being in a country where safety and security is too, to say that this is a tough order is still an understatement.

Make it attractive for them to come here.
If not, other markets seem better. I know a few MLS planning to go Australia and even UK. They seem to have a good-sized market there.

It takes a lot of work to get that pair of boobs and that hairy hole in front of you.

Unfortunately, it's easier for sellers to set a high price point than for buyers to set a lower one as a group, as long as there is access to information.

Some folks have been saying that the $88 joints have recently scaled down their prices. Have yet to verify for myself.
