I have discovered a nice a cosy place last night. I wonder anybody heard of Polo club at Hotel Liberty 2 near Cho Benh Thanh? I am lazy to scroll through the pages, sorry in advance.
Small place, 2 SYT PRs with CFM look who can speak english, more than 10 waitresses. Not crowded and it is cosy. No Jamming music. place for a nice hangout. Had 4 Heinekens at about VND200K+ (dunno exact value cos my fren paid ). Free Wifi!! Place start at 7pm and ends at 12 MN.
Place starts earlier than 7pm. as early as 5pm. I know becuase was recently there for happy hour to catch up with some long lost friends.

In comparison, I recommend Club Sixteen or even Napoly ...
Polo Club is located on the first floor. The entrance is on the left side of the hotel main door. Walk up the stairs and you will pass the Polo Massage Centre before you hit the Polo Club entrance.
In terms of the quality of the gers, I would say that all are way way below the average standard. If I am drunk enough maybe one would be above average...
Checked out Sixteen (16 Le Quy Don) last night. Rather smallish club with live music. Singers are real good! Barmaid quality 6-7/10. PR quality 6-8. Was there for 2 hours sitting at the bar. No PRs approached me though. 3 Singaporean or Malaysian guys sitting beside me drinking Martell while I'm sipping my JW Black with Heineken and soda as mixers. Fucking high arh. Hahaha.
Clientele are mainly local executives and rich folks. Saw 1 or 2 tables open JW Blue Label.
Heineken VND55,000
Johnny Walker Black VND1,100,000
15% service charge
If you'd like to check out this place. Bros feel free to call me at +84 909421580 and join me to finish up my bottle.

It has actually 2 floors so not really that small. Singers are on rotation basis. They will sing their allocated songs and then go off to another bar/pub to sing again. The same singer might end up singing at 5-6 places a night.
Just a gentle reminder, it would always be advisable to add the district after the address eg: 16 Le Quy Dong D3.
This is because Vietnam is famous for having the same street names in different districts and even provinces. So this is to help avoid confusion.
