i done my operation when i still in army.. you can always come out with story to actually do the Operation.. unless your unit only got 1 MO. then u suan, if not, if other MO around. is easy to get the referral. especially NS-MO.

What you have is phimosis. some peoples' conditions are mild enough (still able to ejaculate inside a woman) that they ignore it while others like myself have too tight a foreskin that just entering a vagina hurts as the skin will be stretched too far back. You can either get a steroid cream to apply regularly on your foreskin to "loosen" it or remove it.

From what you describe, sounds like a lubrication issue, try using some
lubricant and see if the situation improves
