Are you sure? The past few times I went, the ground floor glass door weren't locked. But if it is, you can just press the door bell (unit is 0602) and they will open it for you. Calling first helps you to negotiate the price only. Ask their opening price and negotiate downwards (on the pretext that you have been around and you always pay the standard rate of RMB 600 (all in)).
