Best way to verify is not to start really. Everyone sort of goes through that mental process when you start this dark hobby but end up it’s a risky game.
Unfortunately MLs are not legalized so they are in a way not required to go through the necessary checks, even if they do they probably don’t do it often enough to make it credible.
You can try asking the ML to see if she had done any recent ones and given the all clear but likely she will just ignore you.
If you are really gian but still kind of worried, go for HJ and make sure you don’t have any other form of interaction/exchange of bodily fluids. That’s about the best you can do.

Hahaha - You will be surprised. There are some ML that offers very good massages that I go to. Sometimes HJ, sometimes not. Not a key thing for me. Massage is key.

Really set that line hard and clear if afraid. I normally just go for HJ but if kick really come just make sure you bring a CD with you in case for those with BBBJ option.

Do the MLs really 'shower together' with you if it is included in the advert? So far, the MLs whom I have visited do not offer this with the exception of 7p, but hers was more of 'shower for you'.
