I believe right now in sg, there is still a lot of 30s and 40s who are still virgin.
That explain our present low birth rate and low marriage. Due to our conservative society for the past few decades, many of them still treat sex as a dirty thing, and naturally have no partner in their lives. Nowadays more and more youngsters even at sec school days have gone dating. So if want a virgin, find one who is already in their thirties and older, who doesn't have a partner in life before, most likely they are the one.
