hahaha, finally i see such a thread. I had fallen into a KTV girls a yr ago and nw applying Work Permit for her to hav a decent job for 2 yrs as well to save for marriage. Me 27yrs and never married b4 and would like to hav normal marriage dinner like other pple hav tat y mus save.
But there is a lot to tink b4 u made such decision. 2 areas to tink:
1) How true is she?
2) Will u be able to handle to face the upcoming and ur future wis her?

Dun judge her by the $$ she took from u. I know of 1 ktv girl whom I never asked me for money since the first day I know her. Even on the first day she I never gav her tips, in the end she also kanan “bao” by someone. We know how to fish girls so r they know how to fish men!!! Some dun take ur $$ bcos they know by tis way she can fish u n once u kanan fish then all the bills will come. So the main thing is communication if u find her is keeping things to her, Beware.

The best suggestion is to visit her in China. Get to know her friends and wat is her living lifestyle in China. From her friends u will be able to roughly know how she behaves. U will be able to know wat she do durin free times, if her friends always ask her out to drinks n disco, tink twice cos she is still playful. Does she work n wat job she is workin previously? If she is workin in sex line in China, then tink twice again.

Area 1 Problem 3: Is she wanting for the PR n not u?
Tis problem I also dunno how to tackle, but I do not face cos I girl almost got married wis another guy but in the end she choose me, hehe, (Anyway tis story very very long but tis problem I know I dun hav) and willin to stay at China to work til I found a job for her.

Area 2 Problem 1: Can she stay her wis no friends n cannot work in SG b4 she got PR?
One thing hav to made known to everybody is aft marriage she is not able to work in SG til she got PR and getting PR is not an easy things. So basically she hav to stay at home alone w/o any friends or relative to accmpy her, can she stand the loneliness?

Area 2 Problem 2: Are u able to support her?
Aft marriage and even she got PR, she will not be able to get good job like SG girls does (unless she got degree and speak English well) so her pay will be low (unable to save). Then must tink carefully cos getting a SG girls at least with both workin a decent combine salary n CPF can support a family n live a better life compare to China girls as wife. If u r a person who wan to live in luxury then tink twice. Worse if got baby, hehe. And how abt growin old, hahaha (Hav to tink far far one, lifetime decision).

Area 2 Problem 3: She willing to work even the job pay is not good?
Aft marriage $$ issue bcome the main talking pt between husband n wife. If ur salary is not high, be prepared for ur PRC wife to work (of course not sex line again) and suffer the hardship wis u.

Area 2 Problem 4: Do u mind the past of her and can u tahan pple say i up ur wife b4.
Outcome: SG do hav FL (i know is rare) and ONS as well, u also never know wat she did b4. Unless ur SG is a virgin when she is with u, or else other pple also hav her b4.

Marriage does not involve in 2 persons only. Parents will start asking u where, how and when u know her. As SG media amplifies the bad things PRC girls do in SG, parents and relative will hav a different view on them. I really envy if ur PRC gf is a student here. Very easy to explain. As for me, I hav decided to get her a job in SG to work for 2 yrs to solve tis problem. Liasing wis agent now, but for ur info getting a real permit need a sum of $$, abt 5K and her pay is not good, the most 1K. Is she willin to go thru the hardship?

Area 2 Problem 6: Is she able to adapt here?
Workin here and stayin here is diff things. Everything is SG is in English even road sign, pple speak English n hokkien and seldom Chinese and as we r chatting wis friends she cannot understand firstly due to the topic secondly due to our Singlish. So we mus take care of her emotion as well, they will feel left out. When they r workin here, they eat outside no need to travel as well, if travel is needed cab or chauffeur is always available and they r surrounded wis pple wis common language and topic. But livin here they will need to interact wis pple here when they go to market, they need to travel here and there by bus unless u can support her cab fare.

Area 2 Problem 7: Are u able to take it?
Bcause their culture is diff from them, they tend to speak loudly, sit wis one leg up, diff sense of fashion unless ur PRC gf is from big city like Shanghai. Sometimes she has problem understanding u as well cos not all things we know the Chinese word to tell them. Cos when discussing problem we tend to use Singlish but they cannot understand so u hav to learn Chinese. Courses here are mostly English, so seldom they can take courses such as driving course. U cannot ask ur PRC gf to drive when u r drunk. And they tend to learn things slower in SG.

Area 2 Problem 8: R u able to quit playin?
Bcos of the places u know them, so they r more aware of the excuses n tricks men uses when we go out n play. They r more sensitive to where u r n who u wis. Imagine if u spends overnight outside, wat u will get from her aft u get home.

Marriage is a gamble even wis SG girls. U never know is she able accmpy u til u old. Is she aft ur $$ if u r rich. A lot of problems faced is also applicable to normal SG gf but problems is amplifies jus bcome they r not SG girls.

Hope I can get other bro comment as well…….Sorry for the long long grandmother story. I am writing here bcause I wanted bro out there to tink carefully as I got friends who hav good ending as well as bad ending. And now I am also fallen into the same thing. If u hav to chance to choose between a SG and a WL gf, take the SG cause percentage of success is higher (gamble also).

Actually there had been a lot of discussion that the target WL to marry is a Viet, Chinese or Thai national. How about a Malaysian?

i posted 2 times in this thread. and i was referring to a Malaysian WL i felt it was easier for me to accept and does not come with all the problems many bros have correctly highlighted.

Take for example, Whiskey of DHC. She is nice and can definitely bring home to show parents and can disguise as a normal person working in Singapore. So family part ok. Immigration part less prob compared to Viet, Chinese, or Thai.

To me the main hindrance will be; can you take the emotional baggage of her serving so many men, prior to you, and also in the future, in any quarrels never to bring up her past (this will definitely hurt her and usually they will leave because you will probably destroy the last bit of dignity she had)

For myself, i probably can, with Whiskey's looks definitely its like half a dream come true. Of course my other conditions remain the same as my previous postings, i.e. quit WL job, no contact with ex-customers, health check - to avoid affecting next generation, filial to parents and love and be loyal to me, accept that i am not rich. in return i will love and respect her, filial to her parents and forget the past. afterall i am also cheongster.

An important question is: will she even marry you? But this is another story to tell as this thread is asking "any samsters willing to marry a WL" and assumed that she has agreed to marry you.

Bro u got gf from Msia? I think they are almost the same comin to emotional feelin. Most of the problems is still applicable to Msia.

I have been slightly troubled by a girl I knew 2 years back on one of my very 1st forays into the dark streets of Geylang. It wasn't really love at first sight but she impressed me during our session in the way she spoke to me among many other things.

I wasn't too experienced but even then I could feel that her service is good - not in the sexual sense but rather her ability to empathise with her clients so to speak. I never made out with her, I just don't feel like it as I see her beyond her role of a WL.

I never forgot her after that session and weeks later, after I wanted to go back and look for her, she was gone. I was a bit disappointed but I guess it was just too bad. One year passed in the blink of an eye. I was walking nonchanantly along the dark streets of Geylang when I saw her again. I stared at her for a while before shouting out her name. She seemed surprised and stared at me back. Then just as she remembered something, I pulled her up the hotel and said I will pay for the session.

We made some small talk and after a while she realised whom I am. I m a bit disappointed that she doesn't remember me as well as I remembered her but that is only to be expected as I m the one who liked her slightly. We never made out during that session too.

I told her I m determined not to lose contact with her this time and she passed me her no. Since then, we have been going out on and off during that particular trip that she came to Sg. She came back subsequently for 2 other trips.

She did not ask me directly but I think she is hinted by bringing up the issue indirectly. I have thought over it and decided that if she wanted to cheat me of this $1100, I will give it to her. But that will be the 1st and last time. In her defence, she has never asked for anything in our previous few meetings during the last year.

But if she genuinely would like to work and make an honest living in Sg, I felt that $1100 is well spent to help her start a new life. I m just afraid that she is preying on my desire to help her as she knows that I like her -- very much.

My question to all the brothers here esp Sboobs_lover since he just listed some very pertinent points relating to the topic, is $1100 a fair price and would we be able to find someone else who can offer a less cuttthroat price, bearing in mind that ensuring the availability of a job is part of the $1100.

Will applying directly to the SIR(Singapore Immigration) be more time and cost effective?

On a side note, I have thought about the various factors you have listed in your msgs on "Will you marry a WL" And seriously there are too many factors to consider. And frankly for now, I m not willing to commit as I do not know her well enough. Like another person say, just try to know her better and let it be. Who knows maybe after knowing her well, the girl may not be suitable for me after all.

I have never been a person to judge a WL and think of the person in a bad light just because she worked as a WL. I prefer to give the benefits of doubts to some of them that they chose this profession by circumstances, not by choice. I honestly do not mind her past. What's past is past but the thing is that I do mind about her future. She must not go back to this line ever again.

You may think that I m another foolish guy who have fallen into the KC trap and I may well be, but only time will tell.

Bro LikeBBB, $1100 is very cheap. I got one agent wanted 7k and the agent i am using now wanted 4k. I think 1.1k is way too cheap. Even for those who came here straight from PRC workin as a factory operator need to pay to the agent a few grands. U better check.

Furthermore, to what i know, in order for an employer to employ a PRC worker, the employer cannot apply the permit himself directly, the employer must go thru an agent. And the agent cannot be askin 1.1k only. Anyway for ur info, 6 mths back, i did check wis a agent helpin girls to get 2 yrs work permit but no need to really work one (so there they can work in KTV or FL) and it also cost 7k!!!

Pls get more detail who is the employer, what is she workin as, where is the workin place? If really 1.1K, i also wan to know the employer.

Bro, $1100 is really very CHEAP! Nomally they charge few Ks for this type of service. Check with her or maybe meet the said middleman and get to know more infor before commiting yourself. Whether you will marry her or not nobody knows. Its very nice of you to help her turn over a new leaf but don't get cheated.
