I think his main purpose is to destroy the economy of China, convert it into a big N Korea, so that he can be "King" forever.

Due to youth unemployment rate is sky high now, I think the quality of mls coming here will be better (I expect more OL will 下海). Although vanilla service, but more chio and educated, such as Kiki and Amei. Great challenge to unlock them. And more shiok too.
