Hi Technofreak, fully agree with you... the dip stick is a very usefull too. It is very sensitive to warmness, coldness, dampness, dryness, etc...etc..etc.... It can measure temperature, pressure and depth...hi..hi... So SBF Bros' use it wisely.... You loose it that's it.

BTW, i dont thinkj she is in HCMC anymore, might have gone back to Hanoi. She was suppose to have been in HCMC to study, but she didnt go and ended up spending all the nomey her parents gave her. That is why she ended up doing FL biz.....This one I can vouch for it.....but that dosent mean I did her....

I think she went back to hanoi already and the other one is still in hcmc.. Sad event but she is sure hot in the FL scene... So SS and VK you will have to hunt for new ones....

HCMC taxis yet to effect fare cuts announced after gasoline price fall
Many taxi firms last week announced plans to cut fares in the wake of the repeated cuts in retail gasoline prices but most of them are yet to do so.

SGGP correspondents boarded a Savico taxi from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, District 3 to Tan Son Nhat hotel in Phu Nhuan district last Monday and found the fare to be still VND12,000 a kilometer.

“Savico will reduce fares from midnight today”, the driver claimed. “Many other taxi firms too charge the old fare of VND12,000.”

At Tan Son Nhat hotel, the reporters took a Mai Linh taxi coded BD-034 to Tan Son Nhat airport. To their amazement, they were charged VND15,000 per kilometer.

When they asked the driver, he claimed his taxi was based in Binh Duong Province, where the fare is higher than in HCMC.

“In Binh Duong Mai Linh’s fare will remain unchanged; in HCMC it will be cut from tonight,” he said.

Vinasun’s fare was also unchanged at VND12,000 for the first kilometer.

Future alone seems to have reduced its fare -- to VND9,800 a kilometer and VND6,400 from the 31st kilometer onwards.

A Vinasun spokesperson later told SGGP: “Vinasun taxis have three different fare slabs now. Around 500 charge VND10,500 and 2,000 others charge VND11,000 or 10,000.”

100 percent of Vinasun cabs will apply the new fee of VND10,000 for next kilometers but unchanged fare for the first kilometer by next week, he said.

Official agencies can only register the fare changes for 300 to 400 vehicles a day, Mai Linh spokesperson, said.

Mai Linh registered 100 of its cabs on November 14, only for the Government to cut the petrol price again by VND1,000 a liter the next day.

The firm again began to register yesterday its new fees of VND12,000 for the first kilometer and 10,000 for subsequent kilometers, he said.
