I read the forum link on the MSU website and I'm stunned to find out certain things. Apparently, there are people who were there at the studio during the live telecast. When the contestants appeared during the swim suit section, some of the judges didn't touch the screen, use their mouse to click on anything or do anything at all.

Yet when the finalist walks to a pre-determined spot, her scores are shown. So if the judges didn't do anything, how did the scores get computed? Was MSU pre-judged? If so, why do a live telecast? This was a view shared by people who said they were at the live show. Read the forum on the website and you will know...

Wah Lau, of all examples to use.... It did look comical, just listen to the sarcasm of both commentators when they said Phil Neville continues to score for Man U. But I give him the benefit of the doubt lar, the ball is round, anything can happen in football plus he did look too shocked to be doing it on purpose. Not as if that own goal matters anyway, Man U still won by 2...

don't bother much about what those kids have to say on some prappy mediacorp forums...

i can reveal to you here that there was a full dressed rehersals on saturday night(a day before finals)... judges and the whole works were there... all girls actually got a chance in mock Q & A session... most probably the winners and points were chosen and tabulated on saturday itself already... if all these weren't done before-hand, there would have been alot of work behind the scenes and many possibilities of screw ups during the show...

thats why it appears like the results are already fixed... however the girls knew nothing of it and definitely not their scores... they weren't even able to see the score displayed on the floor because of their positioning and angle...

so i assure you their reactions are 100% original and true...

as for jessica tan being the winner, imho, she deserves it for her looks as she is a cut above the rest... as for her wisdom and speech though, i can't say the same...

eunice ng really cannot make it... face like plastic surgury gone wrong... i was worried that her nose might melt and drop off throughout the whole show...

sorry, a bit late with my views on this but i agree with u. the show is just for girls who really CMi and dont own a mirror at home... or have very evil friends who egged them on to join!!!

james dean??? has that girl even sat through one of his movies??? the wildlife show host was even a bigger joke!!! she looks like one who will never go out into the sun and someone please tell her she has to rough it out in the wild and have humongous snakes slithering all over her while she presents.

the organisers probably think sg people r stupid enough to fall for it, since most of the criticisms in the past had been levelled at the girls' lack of matter in between their ears. but u will still get people like cadenze koh in the Q & A no matter how much these shameless organisers prepare the contestants!!!

my favourite - the one with the jap name!!! although she is very delusional, she's a volunteer!!! suspect she couldnt find a job but i m going to give her the benefit of the doubt... as much as we dont think too highly of her looks, her CFM gaze will cause quite a few ah peks to have heart seizure in the old folks' home. now that's a volunteer for me...

wildlife? look at their dedicated skins. tough it out in wildlife? nah.
not sure dey can tough it out a cockroach in the house bo?

james dean i think he only did a few shows only but in that short time he managed to amassed a cult following due to that rebel look...i can only recall one of his show if not wrong is "A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE"....

sorry james dean was in rebel without a cause which propel him to cult staus.....street car actually starred a very young Marlon Brandon....

me old man also dont really know him lor... and try sitting through one of those old shows, even old man, movie buff and wannabe critic also cannot make through the whole show. talk about those nubile young wannabe celebrities... that peggy is some sort of a media whore to me, cos she seems to be everywhere, trying to get attention... no offence to those people who likes her. actually, like her look too, cos me a sucker for short hair... but just dont like girls who go around courting attention, ala britney, angelina, bai ling, etc...

wildlife show? handling her bf (who looks like a baboon but obviously has inner beauty=fat inheritance), that's probably as far as they can get to a wildlife show)

james dean, drug overdose, i think. not a very good actor, iconic cos he was one of the 1st few pretty boy type who died young, or according to MIB, went back to his own galaxy... not unlike marilyn monroe. but i m quite sure the peggy girl knows shit about james!
