Disagree. There is the home grown rules these days. Given that our academy isn't really producing new talent (except Jay Spearing), we need to buy British.

I have supported Henderson in the past but he was plain awful.

Don't think Carroll was that bad, Suarez was not top form (I'm not blaming him - he can't be superman every game).

Kuyt was the most consistent and hardworking player that Liverpool has ever had . He has been playing well 3 different managers . I don't think we should be unfair to him to bench him just because of his age. If that is the case they should also bench Carragher too.Maxi deserverves more playing time and I believe he is probably that Lucas or Henderson.

I have a bad feeling that AC is going to be a big flop just like Torres.

Bad tempered as he might be, at least he show he determination and aggression on the pitch rather than walking on it aimelessly.

Usually Liverpool don't play well with players returning form their international duties. This is a tricky tie . A draw might be a fair result but then Chelsea appears to be in much better form recently than Liverpool.

I won't be placing any bets today on this match just to play safe.
